This client came to us with vision of completely renovating an early 1900s home to its full modern potential. We completed a full gut remodel inside and out to create a home that could be enjoyed for another 100 years. This project included a new kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, a pantry room, and a small bedroom turned massive walk in closet. Savannah Ln
When our client found this home in Westfield, it was in complete disrepair. The once beautiful home, just 20 years old, was now stacked from floor to ceiling with junk and falling apart day by day. We took this home and brought it back to life with a full interior and exterior remodel. Inside this included 2.5 bathrooms, a custom tile fireplace, all new floors, new light fixtures, custom wood stair treads, and a truly magical eat in kitchen. Outside we replaced the roof, siding, and gutters, as well as painted all of the original trim to transform the home into a modern version of its original design. This home is the pinnacle of design and attention to detail. Bailey Design Build is proud to be a part of bringing new life into outdated homes.
Richardson Basement
The Richardson family came to Bailey Design Build with the vision of a functional basement space for their growing family. They wanted a space for their kids to be able to play as well as somewhere to enjoy with family and friends. We created an open concept finished basement with a large entertainment area, wet bar, as well as a full bathroom and laundry area. The transformation of this space truly shows what is possible with the right planning and execution from the experienced team at Bailey Design Build.
